Ford Roosevelt, President and CEO, currently manages nearly 40 employees at Project GRAD, and ultimately is responsible for the operations and administration of the Project GRAD program.

Mr. Roosevelt earned his BA in Sociology and California Teaching Credential from University of California, Santa Cruz. He has been involved in pre-K-16 education and education reform for over twenty years, and began his career as the Director of all Santa Cruz County, CA pre-school programs. He has served as Acting Principal and K-8 teacher at Mountain Elementary School and Walter Reed Middle School. Mr. Roosevelt also was the Associate Admission Advisor at University of California, Santa Cruz. He has worked with the business community as the Manager of Business/College Relations at First Interstate Bank.
