Province : Mayabeque

altMayabeque Province is one of two new provinces in Cuba, which creation was approved by the Cuban National Assembly (August 1, 2010) by splitting former La Habana province.  Mayabeque comprises the 11 eastern municipalities of La Habana province with the capital in San José de las Lajas.

altMatanzas is one of the provinces of Cuba. Major towns in the province include Cárdenas, Colón, Jovellanos and the capital of the same name, Matanzas. The resort town of Varadero is also located in this province.

Province : Las Tunas

altLas Tunas is one of the provinces of Cuba. Major towns include Puerto Padre and Amancio, as well as the capital, Victoria de Las Tunas (sometimes known as Las Tunas, or even just Tuna).

The Las Tunas province was established in 1976, when it was split from the 'Oriente Province.
